Former Abercrombie & Fitch CEO Mike Jeffries smiles as he posts $10 million bail after being arrested on sex trafficking charges

Accused sex trafficker and former Abercrombie & Fitch CEO Mike Jeffries was released from court on Tuesday after posting a staggering $10 million bail – and grinned for the cameras as he strolled away.

Jeffries looked like he couldn’t care less as he left the federal courthouse in West Palm Beach, Florida, with his legal team, all smiles and looking like a real A&F in dapper white shorts and a navy sweater with a polo.

The 80-year-old is accused of using “power, wealth and influence” to sell male models for his sexual pleasure over more than a decade when he ran the fashion company.

Jeffries’ “romantic partner” and alleged criminal cohort Matthew Smith, 61, also had a court hearing in Florida on Tuesday for the same sex trafficking and prostitution rapes and was jailed. He is British.

A third defendant in the explosive case, James Jacobson, 71 – who is accused of recruiting the other men’s victims and then sexually “testing” them beforehand – appeared in court in St. Paul, Minnesota, and was held on bail released on $500,000.
