Mike Norvell had better stay away from the internet for the foreseeable future.

The Florida State Seminoles fell to 1-6 and 1-5 in ACC play after losing 23-16 to Duke on Friday night. The team’s only win this season came against Cal, and it was a brutally ugly 14-9 victory.

The 2023 season, which ended with winning the ACC and an undefeated year heading into the bowl game, feels like a different lifetime.

The fans have had enough and are in open revolt.

Florida State fans are freaking out after the Seminoles lose to Duke.

Fans took to social media with their pitchforks and torches Friday night to make it known that the state of FSU football under Mike Norvell is a joke.

There is simply no excuse for Florida State. None. Having a bad year after going 13-1 is one thing. This especially happens when the team no longer has an elite QB.

However, there is a big difference between a bad year and a 1-6. The Seminoles don’t even seem interested in playing.

They look like a bad FCS team at times, and that’s a huge downfall. Obviously the fans are angry and you can’t blame them.
