Falling temperatures this week. Jackets in the morning, T-shirts for the rest of the day and don’t forget sunglasses. There are windy and cooler days ahead. Flooding can still occur along the river at high tide.

Tonight: Clear and cool. Light wind with patchy fog.

Tuesday: Sunny skies with near-seasonal temperatures. A chilly start to the day with lows in the 50s and 60s. Sunny skies with highs in the upper 70s to low 80s. Wind: NNW 5-10 mph.

Wednesday – Friday: Below seasonal temperatures with partly cloudy to mostly sunny skies. Morning lows will fall into the 40s for SE GA, with most areas in the 50s and 60s. Afternoon highs will be in the 60s to 70s. Windy conditions with northeast winds of 15-20 mph and gusts near 30 mph.

Weekend: Windy with a slight chance of rain Saturday. Partly cloudy Sunday.

Outlook: Cooler, windy, flooding possible at high tide.

Tropics: Two areas we are watching. The area in the Caribbean has a 20% chance of developing within 7 days. Invest AL-94 has a 10 percent chance in the next two days and a 60 percent chance in the next 7 days.
