FORECAST

Good day! After a cool morning, a series of light rains managed to penetrate parts of San Antonio this afternoon. This activity will move further north, with only an isolated chance (10-20%) forecast for this afternoon and evening. High temperatures will ultimately depend on cloud cover, but we are aiming for the upper 70s and lower 80s Friday afternoon.

The weekend will see somewhat seasonal temperatures with low 60s in the morning, transitioning into the low 80s in the afternoon. The sky will remain mostly cloudy, with only isolated showers/a few showers possible.

Next week temperatures will rise above average again, reaching highs in the upper 80s.

Unfortunately there is no rain. Drought conditions are spreading quickly across South Texas and the pattern shows little sign of changing. But hey… it’s Friday! Have a great weekend!

On Friday, a few hundredths of an inch were measured at locations west of I-35 in San Antonio.
