Popular Kannada stars Tharun Sudhir and Sonal Monteiro are getting married on August 11. The wedding festivities will take place on August 10 and 11, reportedly at Poornima Palace near Kengeri, Bangalore. It will be a grand event that will see the celebrities of the South Indian film industry and political dignitaries. Sudhir has personally invited famous personalities from the film industry including KGF star Yash, director Prashant Neel, Ashwini Puneeth Rajkumar, wife of late actor Puneeth Rajkumar, South Indian superstar Kichcha Sudeep, actor Shivraj Kumar, actress Aradhana, Roaring Star Sree Murali, musician Naada Brahma Hamsalekha and Aniruddha Jatakar, son-in-law of Kannada actor Vishnuvardhan and his wife Keerthi. Tharun Sudhir has invited not only the Sandalwood devotees but also Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, former Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa, R Ashok and DK Shivakumar and other political dignitaries for the wedding celebrations.

With the wedding just days away, Sonal Monteiro’s family recently surprised her with a heartwarming hen party. To treat her fans, the actress posted a video on Instagram and gave a glimpse into the joyous time where she looked all excited and happy and was engrossed in the fun moments.

While expressing her love for her sisters and friends, Sonal wrote in the caption, “They said, ‘Sonu, we will pick you up on Friday and drop you back on Saturday’. That’s it!!! Tharun Sudhri, son of veteran actor Sudhir and theatre artist Malathi Sudhir, announced his marriage to Sonal in July. He posted a video on X and wrote, “Here’s Tharun directing my biggest love story yet with my leading lady Sonal.”

Notably, Tharun and Sonal started dating after meeting for the first time on the sets of the 2021 film ‘Robert’.
