Did Taylor Swift give a nod to Travis Kelce with this football move at the Eras Tour show?

Taylor Swift appeared to make a funny reference to her football star boyfriend Travis Kelce on stage.

During her Eras Tour concert at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans on Friday, October 25, Swift, 34, took a page from Kelce’s playbook — and fans are convinced the move is a subtle nod to the Kansas tight end City Chiefs was. 35.

When Swift performed the outro to “Midnight Rain,” she pretended to throw a football while singing the lines, “And he never thinks about me / Except when I’m on TV,” a fan-recorded video recorded

“TRAVIS CATCH THE BALL,” one person commented. “@nehightshow @JasonKelce is this the correct form of football?” asked a second fan, referring to Travis’ podcast New heightswhich he co-hosts with his brother, former Philadelphia Eagles player Jason Kelce.

“She only plays for the Chiefs in February,” joked another, referring to the 2025 Super Bowl being played at Caesars Superdome – and the fact that the Chiefs have won the coveted title the last two years.

“She just solidified the Chiefs’ Super Bowl win with that Tayvoodoo,” another agreed.

“A few months later, when the Chiefs win the Super Bowl, we’ll look back on this video and say, ‘That’s when I knew the Chiefs did it,'” a third person added.

Swift has already incorporated Travis into her Eras Tours shows. Sometimes during “Midnight Rain” she does an archer pose and pretends to shoot a bow and arrow. The move is considered a tribute to Travis, who also appears in the pose during the touchdown celebrations.

The 14-time Grammy winner has also been known to change the lyrics to “Karma” at her concerts, singing “Karma is the guy on the Chiefs getting right home to me” when the tight end is in the audience.

The remaining concerts after the October 25-27 weekend in New Orleans will take place in Indianapolis at Lucas Oil Stadium, the Rogers Center in Toronto and BC Place Stadium in Vancouver.
