Critics have seen Cuckoo and agree that the title of the “wacky, crazy” horror film is quite fitting

There are still a few months until the official start of the spooky season, but there are plenty upcoming horror movies and thrillers that will make you uncomfortable during your visit to the theater. Director Tilman Singers cuckoo is one of them, and according to critics who saw the film ahead of its August 9 release, it could be one of the strangest movie-going experiences you’ll have this year.

cuckoo Stars Hunter Schafer, who has taken on numerous other roles while we wait for the eagerly awaited euphoria season 3. In this film, she plays Gretchen, a frightened teenager who is forced to move to the German Alps with her father (Marton Csokas), his new wife (Jessica Henwick), and their young daughter to live in a resort run by Dan Stevens’ mysterious Mr. Koenig. Let’s see what the critics say.
