Chiefs injury updates for Week 7 game against the 49ers

The Kansas City Chiefs will face the San Francisco 49ers in a rematch of Super Bowl LVIII in Week 7 at Levi’s Stadium. Kansas City has won four of its last five meetings against San Francisco, but the Chiefs will need to avoid a slow start in the West to avoid defeat after their Week 6 bye.

Although both teams have struggled with significant injuries this season, the 49ers have far more players on the mend heading into Sunday’s game.
