The Stars were in Brooklyn on Sunday night for the final game of the WNBA season, including one of the league games.

Spike Lee, Jason Sudeikis, Carmelo Anthony, Sue Bird and Megan Rapinoe were just some of the biggest names sitting courtside at Barclays Center in the decisive Game 5 between the New York Liberty and Minnesota Lynx.

The home crowd was strong for eventual champion Liberty, but one celebrity was divided between both teams: Chicago Sky star Angel Reese.

The former LSU star, who just finished his rookie year, was in Brooklyn for the big game and wore a split outfit that featured the Lynx logo on one half of her shirt and the Liberty logo on the other half was.

Reese’s Sky did not make the playoffs despite averaging a double-double this season. She and Caitlin Clark were the only two rookies named All-Stars.

The Liberty won their first title in franchise history and Reese celebrated with several team members, including WNBA Finals MVP Jonquel Jones.

Four quarters weren’t enough to decide this game as the game went into overtime – New York outscored Minnesota 7-2 in the five-minute period.

Breanna Stewart missed two free throws to send the game into overtime, and with 10 seconds left in overtime, she hit two more to bring the Liberty within five points, making the win all but nil.

Reese suffered a season-ending injury shortly after setting the WNBA record for most rebounds in a single season. Without her, MVP A’ja Wilson eventually overtook her.
