Adam Sandler’s family-friendly animated vampire films on Peacock are the perfect Halloween viewing

Adam Sandler will always be known for his comedic skills, but you may not know about the franchise where he carries those skills into the animated film where he plays Dracula. Sandler also plays the lead role Andy Samberg And Kevin James in both Hotel Transylvania And Hotel Transylvania 2which was released in 2012 and 2015 respectively and recently began streaming on Peacock. After the films arrived on the platform, they quickly rose up the charts and now occupy the top two spots. The first film follows Dracula, who runs a resort and becomes completely overprotective when a guest falls in love with his teenage daughter. In addition to Sandler, Samberg and James, they are Hotel Transylvania Films also play the main role Selena Gomez, Steve BuscemiAnd Keegan Michael Keyand the first sits at 44% on Rotten Tomatoes critics, while the second rises slightly to 57%, but their respective audience scores are 72% and 64% respectively.




Robert Smigel wrote the script for both Hotel Transylvania Films on Peacock, with Sandler also receiving a screenwriting credit for the sequel. Smigel recently wrote another Sandler animated film: Lionin which also plays the main role Jason Alexander And Bill Burr and is currently streaming on Netflix. He also directed Sandler’s live-action films Chris Rock And Rachel Dratch In The week ofthe buddy comedy in which Sandler and Rockstar play two fathers who are ready to celebrate their children’s wedding. Genndy Tartakovsky made his feature film debut as a director Hotel Transylvaniaand he also returned to direct the two sequels. He recently directed all 10 episodes Unicorn: Warriors Eternalthe adult swimming series currently streaming on Max. He also directed Primal: Tales of Wildness And Samurai Jack.



The future of the “Hotel Transylvania” franchise is bright

Hotel Transylvania Director Genndy Tartakovsky recently sat down with Collider’s Steve Weintraubwho asked him about a possible fifth film in the series, to which he replied “I think there will always be more… I think the fourth one did well on Amazon… so we’ll see what happens.” Tartakovsky did not direct the fourth part of the series, Hotel Transylvania 4: Transformiabut he worked as a writer on the film and received credit for the story and screenplay. Sandler didn’t return for the fourth entry either, which meant even more Kathryn Hahn to its cast. It still needs to be confirmed whether Hotel Transylvania will get another film, but if Tartakovsky is optimistic about it, there’s no reason for fans not to.
