According to police, three unknown gunmen fled the scene

SAN ANTONIO — A man was shot at a North Side store, San Antonio police confirmed Wednesday evening.

Officers responded to a shooting call in the 5300 block of San Pedro Avenue just before 7:30 p.m.

According to police, three male shooters showed up in front of the store in a dark gray SUV. Police said the three men shot the victim, who was inside the store.

The unknown shooters fled the scene, SAPD said.

Officers said they believed the victim was an employee of the store.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene.

SAPD said the investigation is ongoing.
