This initiative comes at just the right time, as the upcoming NIST standards for post-quantum cryptography are expected to grow the post-quantum cryptography (PQC) market to an estimated $503 million by 2028. This development addresses the critical demand for encryption solutions that are resilient to quantum computing threats.

Quantum computers capable of launching powerful attacks could become a reality as early as 2030, posing devastating national security risks.
