In the short time that Ice Spice has been in the spotlight, her career has seen great success thanks to hits like “Munch” and “Barbie World,” but also a lot of friction due to alleged feuds with Cardi B and Latto. Although she has settled both disputes, it seems as though another feud is on the horizon – and this time it’s with one of her Y2K Tour Tour mates.

Cleotrapa is a New York-based artist who had moderate success last year with her songs “Rockstar” and “Von Dutch.” Apparently, she knew Ice Spice well enough that the “Think U The Sh*t” rapper invited Cleo to join her on tour. However, it seems that their relationship fizzled out while on tour, as Cleo posted a video on her social media in which she slammed Ice Spice as a “fake girlfriend” who only brought her along for damage control after she allegedly fell out with Nicki Minaj.

In the video, Cleo says that she did not have enough time to prepare for the tour, that she was not paid for her performances, and that she had to pay for her own room and board, despite Ice’s assurances that she would be taken care of.

Ice responded during a chat with fans on Twitter Spaces: “The scary thing about fame is honestly the moment when someone feels like they can’t use your platform anymore or that they’re not getting exactly what they want out of a situation… That’s the moment they decide to leave every time. I’m noticing a pattern.”

So, to sum up, the two friends fell out because either A) Ice Spice treated Cleo poorly on tour or B) Cleo had high expectations that weren’t met. Either way, they seem more interested in talking it out in public than in private, so don’t be surprised if things escalate.
