Adele’s next album could be titled “45”.

The “Someone Like You” singer announced on Saturday that she will be taking an “incredibly long” break from music following her engagement to Rich Paul.

“I know I’m not the most relaxed artist, but I’m damn good at it and I’ve really enjoyed performing for almost three years. That’s the longest I’ve ever performed and probably the longest I’ll ever perform,” she told her audience during the tenth and final show of her Munich residency.

Adele pointed out that she still has ten dates of her Las Vegas show to complete in the coming weeks and told her fans: “After that, I will not see you for an incredibly long time and I will carry you in my heart for the entire duration of my break.”

The 36-year-old Grammy winner was briefly moved and admitted that she needed to “rest” and take some time for herself.

“I’ve spent the last seven years building a new life for myself and I want to live it now,” she said through tears. “I want to live the new life I’ve built for myself.”

The news comes less than a month after Adele confirmed long-standing rumors that she and 43-year-old Paul were engaged.

When the superstar spotted a Munich concertgoer holding up a sign proposing marriage in early August, he said, “I can’t marry you because I’m getting married anyway,” and then showed off her engagement ring.

Adele and the 43-year-old sports agent have been a couple since summer 2021.

The “Hello” singer was previously married to entrepreneur Simon Konecki from May 2018 to March 2021.

The former couple have an 11-year-old son together named Angelo.

Adele released her latest album, “30,” in November 2021. The following year, she launched her “Weekends with Adele” shows in Vegas.
