The anime adaptation of Tatsuki Fujimoto’s breathtaking manga Review finally has a North American release date after being acquired by GKids. The anime film that shocked Hideo Kojima to the core has been praised by fans of Chainsaw Man Creator Tatsuki Fujimoto. With a heartbreaking story and beautiful art direction, Review is not only a contender for the anime film of the year, it stands tall alongside The Boy and the Heron as anime film of the decade.

As TheWrap reports, anime distributor GKids Review in North American cinemas on October 4. The release will feature the original Japanese audio with English subtitles. There is currently no information known about a possible English dub, but if there were a release, one would likely have to wait until the film is available either via streaming or on home media.
