The upcoming wedding date of Kyle Sandilands’ brother Chris and his fiancée Nat Bartolo has been announced – however, KIIS FM radio star Jackie ‘O’ Henderson will not be attending.

Radio stars Kyle, 53, and Jackie, 49, discussed the upcoming ceremony on The Kyle and Jackie O Show on Friday, revealing that Chris will say “I do” on Saturday, August 24.

“Kyle’s brother Chris is getting married on Saturday. We’re all going – oh, sorry, not Jackie,” said senior staff “intern” Pete Deppeler.

“He loves country music, so we play Kid Rock!”

It is not known why Jackie, who had an “embarrassing” encounter with Kyle’s brother, a truck driver, at Kyle’s lavish wedding to Tegan Kynaston last year, will not be attending the event.

Daily Mail Australia has contacted Jackie’s management for comment.

Previously, the blonde radio presenter revealed what really happened during her “embarrassing” encounter with Chris at Kyle’s wedding in Sydney in April last year.

Jackie said the media took Chris’ comments to her at Kyle’s wedding reception out of context.

In the recordings of their conversation, it looked as if truck driver Chris was berating Jackie and telling her to stop filming with her phone and just enjoy the party.

However, she insisted that this was not the case at all. Rather, Chris was simply showing her how beautiful the venue was.

“He said something like, ‘It’s incredible, maybe you should actually go and see the venue,’ and people took that to mean, ‘Stop filming me and put your phone away,'” she said on the radio.

“When he talks to you, he seems angry all the time. But if you know Chris, you know he doesn’t mean any harm,” she added.

“I think he just wanted to say, ‘Why don’t you show everyone at home how beautiful it is by turning the camera around?'” Jackie clarified.

Chris then called into the radio show and stressed that he had been misunderstood: “There was no malicious intent. I just said, ‘Yeah, everything looks great, why don’t you just turn around and film the venue,'” he told the presenters.

Jackie met Chris by chance at the reception for Kyle’s wedding to Tegan Kynaston, which was held under a marquee at the Swifts’ $60 million mansion in Darling Point.

Last year, Chris announced his engagement to his girlfriend Nat Bartolo after a surprise marriage proposal in the stadium – radio king brother Kyle shared the happy family news with KIIS listeners.

Chris proposed to Nat during a Luke Combs concert in Sydney – and was visibly thrilled to have a new sister-in-law.
