Applications are possible from August 22 to September 19, 2024

Expressions of interest (EOI) will be sought from consultants and/or agencies to coordinate the joint creation and implementation of a capacity development and impact measurement initiative for international federation coaches and community staff and to provide expert technical support.

Applicants are expected to have experience in developing curricula and programmes for coaches and staff in grassroots sport, expertise in monitoring, evaluating and learning from social impact programmes, an understanding of the sport movement and social and societal development interventions and experience in integrating protection, equality and inclusion into societal development programmes. Expertise and experience in the field of sport for development is desirable.

The initiative is a collaboration between the Badminton World Federation (BWF), the International Basketball Federation (FIBA), World Athletics, World Rugby and the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and focuses on strengthening capacity building and impact measurement related to the social impact of participation in community sport.
