According to a Town Meeting notice, the sign company is requesting a variance to Section 483. O. 31. f to allow AMC Theaters to place a second sign on a facade (maximum of 1 allowed) and exceed the total allowed sign area by approximately 125 square feet. According to the Town, a 326 square foot sign is proposed, while the building code allows a maximum of 200 square feet.

AMC Theaters’ Center Valley 16 multiplex cinema is located on the Saucon Valley Promenade.
