Katie Lawson (@klblog) has nearly 11,000 followers on TikTok, where she shares her shopping trips.

In a recent video, she walked the aisles and presented a selection of the best beauty products available for just $1.25 each.

One of her most impressive finds at Dollar Tree was an oil-free acne wash from the Kissable brand.

“This is a counterfeit Neutrogena acne wash,” Kate said.

Kissable Oil-Free Acne Wash has a rating of 4.1 out of 5 stars at Dollar Tree.

One customer review described it as “skin-friendly and effective,” while another raved that it “cleared” her face quickly.

The budget-friendly purchase looks strikingly similar to the Neutrogena Oil-Free Salicylic Acid Acne Fighting Face Wash, which sells at Target for $9.49.

Shoppers also gave it a 4.1-star rating after noticing improvements in their skin.

Priceless finds

The imitation skin care product was not her only lucky find.

“We love a well-stocked Dollar Tree,” she wrote.

I compared the Neutrogena imitation from Dollar Tree with the original – there is a big difference, not just the $17 price difference

She also walked viewers through a selection of other must-have beauty products.

“We have makeup cleaning brush mats in lemon, pineapple, peach and strawberry,” she said.

“We have some face masks made of lemonade.”

Other items that caught her attention included a daily cleanser, hand lotions, lip balm, eyebrow gel and cream blush sticks.

“There are beauty blenders made from fruit and then we also have some plastic containers with makeup sponges in them,” she said.

FRAUD OR COINCIDENCE?

Many viewers liked the video and said they couldn’t wait to visit their local Dollar Tree.

One person described their finds as “great stuff” and another called their haul “awesome.”

“Man, now I have to go (laughs),” a third person interjected.

The excitement over the shopping spree comes after TikToker Kylie (@kyl13gilbert) gave an honest review of a purchase at Dollar Tree.

She compared the B-Pure Hydrating Gel Cream, $1.25, to the Neutrogena Hydro Boost Face Moisturizer Extra Dry Skin, which costs $18 at Walmart.

She said that the B-Pure gel cream was “much more watery” as it ran down her hand when applied next to the Neutrogena version.

Kylie was also surprised at how different the products smelled, even though both contained hyaluronic acid.
