Applications are open for the 20th annual Best Places To Work In Indiana competition

Indiana companies are encouraged to “reveal” what makes them great employers: The Indiana Chamber of Commerce opens the nominations list for its annual “Best Places to Work in Indiana” competition.
The awards program, now in its 20th year and themed “Highlighting Excellence,” honors the state’s best organizations as determined by employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys, according to the press release provided. The company evaluations and selection process are conducted by Workforce Research Group.
“The Best Places to Work in Indiana program is an ideal way to showcase the many great companies here in the state of Indiana and what they are doing to make the lives of their employees and the communities in which they live and work so much better,” said Vanessa Green Sinders, President and CEO of the Indiana Chamber. “I find the creative and innovative ways these companies are attracting and retaining talent and improving the lives of not only their employees, but their families as well, truly inspiring.”
“Participating in this annual competition brings real value to the companies involved. It is a great way to attract top talent, build employee pride and ownership of your company and impress customers.”
To participate, employers complete a questionnaire and respond to an anonymous engagement and satisfaction survey. All companies that apply receive a detailed report analyzing the strengths and opportunities for improvement of their company culture.
Winners will be selected in four groups: small companies with 15 to 74 U.S. employees, medium-sized companies with 75 to 249 U.S. employees, large companies with 250 to 999 U.S. employees, and large companies with 1,000 or more U.S. employees.
The application deadline is November 22. To apply, visit www.bestplacestowork indiana.com.
The selected companies will be honored on April 30, 2025, at the Best Places to Work Awards Dinner, which will be a masquerade ball themed event, at the JW Marriott in downtown Indianapolis.
