Almost normal temperatures before a slight cooling this weekend

In most areas, daytime high temperatures will be near normal throughout the weekend.

Temperatures will begin to rise early next week.

Tonight we can expect isolated low clouds and fog until the morning hours, which will affect the coastal areas.

Gusty winds will continue throughout the night in southwest Santa Barbara County and the wind advisory will remain in effect until 3 a.m. tomorrow morning.

Coastal areas:

Lompoc will have fog and scattered clouds from early today through early next week, with a high of 22 degrees tomorrow and temperatures in the same range over the weekend.

Santa Maria will see scattered clouds and fog, but this will clear up early next week. Tomorrow’s high will be 24 degrees, and Saturday and Sunday will cool off a bit before warming up early next week.

In Pismo Beach, temperatures will be around 10 degrees tomorrow and over the weekend before rising to just under 15 degrees next week.

In San Luis Obispo, temperatures are expected to reach 25 degrees Celsius over the weekend, before temperatures of 25 to 29 degrees are expected next week. Tomorrow, the high will be 28 degrees with some fog.

In Arroyo Grande, temperatures will rise to 20 degrees tomorrow, with a bit of a drop in temperature over the weekend. Temperatures will be just above 21 degrees early next week.

In Santa Barbara, highs of 25 degrees are expected tomorrow, and temperatures will be above 24 degrees over the weekend.

Temperatures in Morro Bay will be around 19 degrees tomorrow before cooling down to below 15 degrees over the weekend.

In Cambria, temperatures are expected to stay around 18 degrees throughout the weekend before getting a bit warmer next week.

Valley areas:

Santa Ynez is expected to see scattered clouds through the weekend, followed by clear skies early next week. Highs tomorrow will be in the 30s before cooling slightly to above 27 degrees over the weekend. Temperatures will rise next week.

Paso Robles will have few clouds and a warm day. Tomorrow’s high will be 98 degrees, but things will improve a bit this weekend when temperatures will drop to just under 90 degrees. Temperatures are expected to climb back up to just under 90 degrees early next week.

Temperatures in Cuyama will be in the low 35s and 35s, with only a slight drop this weekend. Tomorrow’s high will be 34 degrees.

In Atascadero, highs will be 35 degrees tomorrow, and temperatures are expected to drop to just above 27 degrees over the weekend. Temperatures will rise again early next week.

Next week, we must be aware of the possibility of triple-digit temperatures again in the inner valley areas.
