Jonathon Lago has been promoted to Service Manager of Monroe Tractor‘s Connecticut location. Lago will be responsible for service operations while also supervising technicians to bring a strong sense of urgency to the Connecticut location.

Lago joined Monroe Tractor in 2020 as a service technician after working for six years as a fleet mechanic for a large contractor. His technical skills, commitment to customer service and can-do attitude made his promotion to service manager an easy one, the company said.

“I am thrilled to lead such a great team of talented engineers who share my passion for growth and success. I look forward to building relationships with our customers and meeting their service needs in a professional and timely manner,” said Lago.
