Severe weather will sweep through Oklahoma on Monday, with rain expected this afternoon

Significant storm activity rolled through Oklahoma Monday morning, bringing severe weather including hail and damaging winds.

This comes after a series of severe storms spawned multiple tornadoes in Oklahoma on Sunday, damaging homes across the state.

Here is a list of current road closures due to power line repairs:

  1. OKC – Bigwood Dr from SE 84th St to SE 82nd St
  2. OKC – Timberwood Ln from SE 84th St to SE 82nd St.
  3. OKC – Woodhue St from SE 84th St to SE 82nd St.
  4. OKC – Azurewood Dr from SE 84th St to SE 82nd St.

Several school districts canceled or moved to virtual schools due to severe weather

ACTIVE ALERTS AND CLOCKS:

A Tornado watch was issued for Carter, Garvin, Hughes, Lincoln, Love, Murray, Okfuskee, Pontotoc, Pottawatomie and Seminole Counties until 6 p.m
