Hugh Jackman weighs itself afterwards Martha StewartThat’s what viral claims Ryan Reynolds is “not that funny” in real life.

“Finally someone is saying it,” Jackman, 56, shared via X on Saturday, November 2, poking fun at his Deadpool and Wolverine Costar.

Stewart, 83, appeared as a guest on Bilt Rewards Rent free game show in which she had to guess which celebrities Bilt members would most enjoy spending time with. (Bilt is a loyalty program where members earn points for paying rent.)

When Reynolds’ name was mentioned, Stewart disagreed. “He’s probably only on the list because he covers up in his films and you can’t see his face,” she said. “You want to know something? He’s not that funny in real life. No, he’s not that funny. He’s very serious.”

Stewart’s dig quickly went viral and it didn’t take long for Reynolds, 48, to get involved.

“I wouldn’t agree with her. But I tried that once,” he shared via X on Saturday, responding to a Pop Crave post about Stewart’s quote. “The woman is unexpectedly spry. She really closed the gap after about a mile.”

During Stewart’s appearance on the game show, she also suspected it was her best friend Snoop Dogg was listed as one of the funniest celebrities – and she was right. The last person mentioned was Taylor Swiftwhich Stewart described as “lovely.”

In Stewart’s perfect world, she would “take Ryan off the roster” and substitute him George Clooney.

“He’s fun,” she added. “It’s really nice hanging out with George.”

“He is a good actor. He can be funny, but he’s not funny. Maybe he can be funny again,” she continued. “I’m going to get in trouble. He’s my neighbor.”

This isn’t the first time Stewart grew up living on the same block as Reynolds and his wife. Blake Lively. In 2014, the chef spoke openly about her friendship with the 37-year-old gossip Girl Alum.

“I love it when Blake Lively comes to my house,” Stewart said in a YouTube video featuring Lively at the time. “You haven’t been here for a while, but you came over Easter and we had a great time, as did your nieces and nephews, and it was a lot of fun having you and Ryan over.”
