November weather outlook for Minnesota

Undated (WJON News) – Minnesota has been warm and dry for most of this fall. Except maybe the rain and snow on Halloween. What does the month of November have in store for us?

The Climate Prediction Center has released its weather outlook for November.

They say the above-average temperatures will continue throughout November.

Here in St. Cloud, the average high temperature at the beginning of the month is around 48 degrees. At the end of the month the average maximum temperature is around 30 degrees.

The Weather Channel expects high temperatures to be below normal on November 1, but will then be in the 50s and possibly reach highs every day, at least for the first half of the month, well above average.

The Climate Prediction Center also expects the weather to be wetter than average in November. This is good news that will help break the drought we are in.
