MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – Memphis recorded a record high temperature of 85 degrees today. We will have a few more warm days followed by a cold front bringing widespread rain and cooler temperatures.

TONIGHT: Mostly clear with a south wind 5 to 10 mph and overnight lows in the low to mid 60s.

TUESDAY: Mostly sunny with a breezy south wind at 10 to 15 mph and afternoon highs in the low to mid 80s.

TUESDAY EVENING: Partly cloudy with a southeast wind 10 to 15 mph and overnight lows in the mid 60s.

THE REST OF THE WEEK: Wednesday will be partly cloudy, with highs in the lower 80s and overnight lows in the upper 60s. Thursday will be cloudy with rain and a few thunderstorms, along with high temperatures in the mid-70s and overnight lows in the mid-50s. Friday will be mostly cloudy with a slight chance of a shower, highs will be in the lower 70s and overnight lows in the upper 50s.

THE WEEKEND: Saturday and Sunday will be partly cloudy with a slight chance of an isolated shower each day, along with afternoon highs in the upper 70s to near 80 and overnight lows in the low to mid 60s.
