Military investigators are calling for charges against a US Army specialist for allegedly killing one of his comrades.

The Pulaski County base, which specializes in training engineers and military police officers, reported last week that a suspect had been arrested in connection with the investigation.

The post did not go into detail about the allegations against Rancy.

Military officials said Roque’s body was found in a dumpster next to base housing after she failed to report for duty.

It was not immediately clear who was reviewing possible charges – the post said the Army Office of Special Trial Counsel was forwarding the charges. Rancy is also accused of obstruction of justice.
