Megan Thee Stallion is suing a YouTuber who she says continued to harass her and made false claims about her 2020 shooting by Tory Lanez.

The rapper accused Milagro Cooper, known as Milagro Gramz, of cyberstalking, emotional distress and promoting “altered sexual representation” for sharing fake pornographic images of the star, according to a filing Wednesday in Southern District Court in Florida and the USA’s lawsuit emerges from TODAY on Thursday.

Cooper waged a “years-long campaign of harassment and cyberbullying” on behalf of Lanez, born Daystar Peterson, against the “Savage” rapper, who was convicted of shooting and wounding her in 2022 and sentenced to 10 years in prison the following year .

USA TODAY has reached out to Cooper for comment. The blogger’s X account has been suspended and her Instagram account may have been deleted or deactivated.

The “Mamushi” rapper is seeking legal action.

The rapper, née Megan Pete, says Cooper “liked” the sexually explicit depiction of her on social media and encouraged her followers to “follow my likes.” Cooper later encouraged people on her YouTube channel to do the same, according to the lawsuit, which also includes screenshots.

Deepfakes are artificial intelligence-generated videos created using machine learning techniques to create realistic but fake images and audio. Such content depicting Taylor Swift spread on X earlier this year before being blocked, and similar images have spread in recent years.

The lawsuit cites Cooper’s coverage of Peterson’s trial and dozens of tweets about the incident in which the blogger allegedly promoted “debunked” conspiracy theories and questioned Pete’s legitimacy based on her connection to Peterson and his father.

According to a screenshot in the lawsuit, Cooper published a petition in September calling for Peterson’s release. On Sunday, the lawsuit says, Cooper tweeted the claim that the gun linked to the shooting was “missing.” The lawsuit argues that the gun is still in the possession of the Los Angeles Police Department.

And just on Monday, the lawsuit says, Cooper posted a video of herself talking about the shooting, with the blogger allegedly asking Pete, “Can you even prove you were shot?”

When asked by Pete what it would take to avoid being posted on certain blogs, Cooper reportedly replied that the rapper should “just get over it or go away.”
