Lily Allen claims she makes more from selling feet pictures on OnlyFans than from Spotify streams

Lily Allen says her side hustle selling pictures of her feet on OnlyFans has become more lucrative than her Spotify streams.

In July, the “Smile” singer launched her foot-centric page on OnlyFans – a site used for sex work and explicit images – after discovering she was ranked high on WikiFeet.

On Friday (October 25), Allen responded to a negative comment about her OnlyFans on X/Twitter after sharing a link to her page.

“Imagine being one of Europe’s biggest pop stars/musicians and then being reduced to that,” the comment reads.

“Imagine if you were an artist and had almost 8 million monthly listeners on Spotify, but you made more money if 1,000 people subscribed to pictures of your feet,” Allen replied. “Don’t hate the player, hate the game.”

Allen’s OnlyFans page currently charges subscribers $10 per month, which, based on her reported numbers, makes her about $10,000 per month. Meanwhile, Spotify’s 2023 data shows that only an estimated 66,000 artists earned $10,000 or more in streaming royalties during the year.

According to data tracking site kworb.net, Allen’s daily Spotify streams reached approximately 851,623 as of October 17, 2023. If correct, these numbers suggest that Allen’s Spotify earnings would be approximately $4,077 daily, divided as follows: $3,239 to the copyright holder for sound recording royalties, $336 for mechanical Royalties paid to the publisher and songwriter and $503 for performance royalties.

On an episode of herMiss me? In the podcast, the 39-year-old recalled to her co-host Miquita Olivier how her OnlyFans page came about.

“I have a lady who comes and does my nails,” she told Oliver. “They informed me that I have five stars on WikiFeet, which is pretty rare. My feet are rated very well online.”

She also remembered how her husband “Stranger Things”David Harbor responded to the sideways movement of her feet.

“Yeah…he thinks it’s great,” she said. “He wasn’t turned on at first, but he was like, ‘Is this a guy for you?’ And I thought to myself, ‘No, that’s not a pervert at all,’ but maybe there’s something about the power that’s a little perverted to me.”

She first promoted her account on her Instagram Stories on July 2 with a video of herself resting barefoot next to a fountain in Italy. Alongside a link to her OnlyFans profile, she wrote: “La dolce Feeta.”
