The San Francisco 49ers host the Dallas Cowboys at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California. The team will be without wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk for the remainder of the season and wide receiver Jauan Jennings is inactive for the second straight season due to a hip injury. Defensive tackle Kevin Givens (groin) and kicker Jake Moody (ankle) are also out for Sunday night’s game.

Running back Christian McCaffrey remains out with Achilles tendonitis. Although he has not played yet this season, he is expected to return to training on the bye week.

Below are the latest in-game injuries for the 49ers.

RB Jordan Mason (shoulder, questionable)

Jordan Mason fell in the first quarter and was immediately attended to by medical staff on the field. He later jogged off without entering the medical tent, opting to put on his helmet. Rookie Isaac Guerendo stepped in for Mason.

Mason briefly returned to the game before heading to the locker room in the second quarter. The TV show later reported that his return was questionable due to a shoulder injury. Mason has been treating an AC joint sprain he suffered in Week 6 against the Seattle Seahawks.
