Nike has planned a two-day event called “The Get Up” to celebrate the release of Grizzlies star Ja Morant’s new shoes, the Ja 2.

It starts Saturday with a pop-up truck that Nike says will travel to Memphis’ “community hotspots.” Fans who follow the truck have the opportunity to win exclusive merchandise. On Sunday we continue with a block party at the Snowden School in Memphis.

“On October 27th, we’ll wrap up the weekend with the Memphis basketball community with a block party and showcase of some of Memphis’ best basketball players,” Nike’s website says. “For the South, through the South.”
