Zachery Ty Bryan was arrested … police charged the former Home Improvement star with drunk driving and driving without a license – and the entire interaction was captured on police cameras.

According to arrest documents, the former child star was approached by police in Oklahoma around 6:47 a.m. Friday … when police said they made contact with Bryan, who was fast asleep in the back seat.

Officers said they spoke to Bryan briefly before leaving him alone … but later saw him driving. At that point, officers conducted a traffic stop and pulled him to the side of the road, where he told the officer he was drunk.

Check out the footage obtained by TMZ in which officers ask Zachery when he stopped drinking the night before… and you can hear him clearly saying on tape that he doesn’t think he’ll ever really be with stopped drinking.

The cops then get him out of the car and conduct a field sobriety test…which the report says ZTB was bombed – and it’s also captured on the dashcam.

Cops say they asked Bryan where his sobriety was on a scale of 0 to 10 … and they say Zachery replied he was at a five – at which point police arrested him. According to the report, Zachery refused a breathalyzer test at the scene.

Bryan was booked into the Custer County Jail just after 8:30 Friday morning.

This is far from the first time Zachery has been arrested. The “Home Improvement” actor has several arrests for driving under the influence in his file.
