Warriors unveil new court design for 2024 NBA Cup home games

Warriors unveil new court design for 2024 NBA Cup home games originally appeared on NBC Sports Bay Area

New year, new dish.

The Warriors will try to clinch the franchise’s first NBA Cup title next month, and they’ll do it in style, setting up a special venue at Chase Center for the second year of the previously known seasonal tournament.

Golden State’s court features the newly unveiled secondary logo and plenty of navy blue and gold. The NBA Cup Trophy is also featured on center court and in the paint at both ends of the court.

Here’s a look at the Chase Center floor plan for this year’s tournament via Chase Center.

The NBA Cup group stage begins in mid-November. The T Warriors in West Group C will play four games in the group stage, beginning with a visit to the Dallas Mavericks on November 12th, with Klay Thompson’s highly anticipated return to Chase Center.

Golden State hosts the Memphis Grizzlies on November 15th before group play ends on the road against the New Orleans Pelicans on November 22nd and the Denver Nuggets on December 3rd.

All six group winners – plus two wild cards – reach the quarter-finals. If coach Steve Kerr and Co. make it to the knockout round of the NBA Cup, the quarterfinals will be played on December 10th and 11th, the semifinals on December 14th and the championship game on December 17th in Las Vegas .

Surely Dub Nation will want to win basketball on the Warriors’ new, fancy court.
