NBA champion Payton Pritchard added another ring to his collection when he married influencer Emma MacDonald on Cape Cod over the weekend.

Nearly two months after the Celtics won their historic 18th NBA title, the point guard tied the knot with MacDonald at the Wychmere Beach Club in her native Massachusetts.

The bride looked stunning in her strapless dress with a low waist and a full tulle skirt.

She rounded off the look with a long veil that blew in the wind and had her blonde curls pinned back in a glamorous updo.

Pritchard, 26, looked dapper in a white tuxedo and cream shirt.

The couple tied the knot at the Wychmere Beach Club in their home state of Massachusetts.

He met his current wife on Instagram after commenting on one of her snapshots.

In a social media clip, MacDonald explained that Pritchard called her his girlfriend after they began dating, before they talked about making the relationship official.

He proposed to her after less than a year together, getting down on one knee on the beach near their hometown on Cape Cod.

“A love for life,” the couple wrote as a caption to their engagement post last July.

The 6-foot-1 Oregon native had a career year in 2023-24, appearing in all 82 regular-season games and 19 postseason games and helping Boston win its record 18th NBA title.

MacDonald paid tribute to him on social media at the time, writing: “I am incredibly proud of you and everything you have accomplished so far in this life! I can’t wait to be by your side for many more years! I love you x1000000.”

The couple started dating in 2022 and got engaged less than a year later

In the second quarter of the Celtics’ 106-88 Game 5 win over the Dallas Mavericks, Pritchard sank a basket from the midfield to send the Celtics into halftime.

According to Stathead, he was the first player in NBA history to sink two 9-meter buzzer beaters during the finals.

After averaging 9.6 points, 3.4 assists and 3.2 rebounds in 22.3 minutes per game over the course of the season, Pritchard helped his Celtics teammates Jayson Tatum, Jrue Holiday and Derrick White prepare for the recently concluded Olympic Games in Paris.

The former Oregon Duck played for the US men’s basketball team during the Olympic team’s training camp in Las Vegas, effectively serving as a training rival for LeBron James and Co.

While Pritchard is a solid rotation player in Boston, where he is referred to as “Fast PP,” Pritchard was a high school legend in Oregon, winning four consecutive state titles at West Linn outside Portland.

His success at the high school level led to him being named Player of the Year in Oregon consecutively.

Pritchard was later drafted by the Boston Celtics with the 26th overall pick in the 2020 NBA Draft and has since earned $1.04 million in his first four NBA seasons, according to Spotrac.com. Pritchard has signed a contract with a total salary of $30 million for the next four seasons.
