Early voting expanded to several more states this election, and several states saw record-breaking early voting turnout. NBC News Capitol Hill correspondent Ryan Nobles spoke with some early voters in Texas. David Wasserman, senior editor and election analyst at The Cook Political Report, joins Katy Tur to explain what early turnout has looked like so far and what it could mean for the rest of the election.
