These days, you can have almost anything delivered to your door from sites like Amazon and Walmart – including a house.

Walmart is now selling a tiny house online for $15,900. The 19-by-20-foot “expandable prefab home” will be delivered by flatbed truck and requires a forklift to unload, the online listing says.

The tiny house was made by Chery Industrial, a New York-based storage solutions company, and has space for a bedroom, living room, bathroom, dining room and kitchen. It is delivered unfurnished and without appliances.

Some Americans are turning to tiny homes amid this time high housing costs across the countrylargely due to a housing shortage resulting from a downturn in construction following the Great Recession of 2007-2009. Still, the sticker price might be deceiving given the additional costs associated with owning such a home.

First, you need a piece of land to put it on and the construction of a foundation. The item’s description also recommends pouring concrete over the legs to increase stability. There are also costs for everything from renting a forklift to unload the house to installing equipment.

In April, Amazon began offering the same tiny home that is currently unavailable on its website. Chery Industrial also makes a so-called “Apple Cabin,” currently for sale on eBay for $20,000, with an exterior that resembles an Apple electronic device, such as an iPhone.
