Travis Kelce appeared to be one of the many Cleveland Guardians fans excited about the team’s Game 3 victory over the New York Yankees in the American League Championship Series.

David Fry, the Guardians’ utility man, hit his stride again in the postseason. He hit a walk-off home run in the bottom of the 10th inning to give Cleveland the win.

Kelce, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end who hails from suburban Cleveland, was shocked by the ending. He then announced that he had been a Cleveland fan his entire life.

“I have been a Cleveland sports fan my entire life…I have attended countless Guards and Cavs games over the years just to enjoy those memories with my friends and family, WIN OR LOSE!! … and I don’t. “I wear Cleveland gear once and suddenly I’m not a real fan anymore?!” he wrote

Kelce appeared to respond to comments from fans who saw him with girlfriend Taylor Swift at Yankee Stadium. The two attended Game 1 of the ALCS in the Bronx and saw New York win the game, taking an early lead in the series.

Neither Kelce nor Swift wore any type of team gear.

Baseball fans also brought receipts. Kelce apparently posted on October 23, 2010 that his Yankees lost in a playoff game.

Back then, the Yankees lost to the Texas Rangers in Game 6 of the 2010 ALCS. The Rangers ultimately lost to the St. Louis Cardinals in the World Series. New York’s hopes of back-to-back World Series titles were dashed.

The post appears to have been deleted.

Kelce previously admitted to wearing his uncle’s Yankees starter’s jacket on an episode of “New Heights” when he was younger.
