Las Vegas Raiders star defenseman Maxx Crosby had an interesting interaction with an assistant coach during Sunday’s 32-13 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers, but took to social media to downplay the moment.

Crosby was seen pushing Raiders linebackers coach Mike Caldwell as he walked to the sideline, but he described the push as a “love push.”

Mike Caldwell is my guy. One of the best people in the industry. This is a love rush, stop reaching. #RN4L

Caldwell is in his first year on the Raiders’ coaching staff after being hired by head coach Antonio Pierce in February following a two-year stint as the Jacksonville Jaguars’ defensive coordinator.

Crosby recorded three tackles and half a sack in Sunday’s loss. The Raiders’ defense allowed 183 rushing yards to the Steelers, with running back Najee Harris leading the way with 106 yards and a touchdown on 14 carries, while quarterback Justin Fields added 59 yards on the ground and 145 passing yards with two scores to go.

“You know where I want to be,” Crosby said, according to ESPN’s Paul Gutierrez. “Do you think I want to be somewhere else?” No. I have this shit tattooed on my body. I don’t want to go anywhere…it’s just fun. There are a lot of people who have a… a lot to say when they really don’t know what’s going on.

The interaction with Caldwell is sure to generate some speculation that Crosby’s attitude is changing amid the Raiders’ struggles, but he cleared the air with his tweet.

Crosby and Las Vegas will be back in action next Sunday against the Los Angeles Rams.
