C’s second unit shines with preseason win – NBC Sports Boston

The Boston Celtics remain undefeated in the preseason after an entertaining 115-111 win over the Toronto Raptors on Sunday night.

The C’s gave their starters a break, giving the Stay Ready Crew their chance to shine at TD Garden. That’s exactly what they did with five Celtics players scoring in double figures: Drew Peterson (23 points), Lonnie Walker IV (20 points), Payton Pritchard (19 points), Jordan Walsh (16 points) and Neemias Queta (12 points).

Pritchard was 5 of 11 from 3-point range and had a game-high nine assists. Queta led all players with 15 rebounds, including six offensive boards.

Boston will look to complete its preseason with a perfect 5-0 when it heads to Toronto for the return game on Tuesday night. Kickoff for this match is set for 7:00 p.m. ET.
