Shippensburg man charged with crack sales, more charges after raid on his home

August 7, 2024 – A Shippensburg man is facing multiple charges following a raid by Pennsylvania State Police Tuesday morning. Justin Michael Gallo is charged with illegal possession of narcotics with intent to resell and minor possession of drug paraphernalia. Gallo has since posted $25,000 bail and is free until his next court appearance.

On August 6 at approximately 7:37 a.m., Pennsylvania State Police troopers executed a search warrant for a home in Lenwood Park in Southampton Township. This search warrant was related to an ongoing drug investigation. Upon arrival, Justin Gallo was located by troopers in a back bedroom and taken into custody without incident. Upon searching his home, troopers say they found a lockable box with an assortment of prescription medications, a cell phone and fentanyl patches inside. In addition, according to PSP, they found plastic bags containing white powdery substances, a bag containing a crystalline substance, crack cocaine, digital scales, sheets and drug paraphernalia throughout the bedroom.

Gallo was questioned at the scene and allegedly admitted to selling crack cocaine and using heroin.

Justin Gallo has since posted bail and is free while awaiting a court date on August 13.
