LSU Football hosts Ole Miss on Saturday in one of the best college football games of Week 7.

The rivalry between top-10 teams No. 10 LSU (4-1, 1-0 SEC) and No. 8 Ole Miss (5-1, 1-1) is better known as the Magnolia Bowl because both programs take place adjacent States that share the magnolia as their state flower.

The Tigers were seeking revenge after losing 55-49 in last year’s edition of the game. Heisman Trophy winner Jayden Daniels finished the game with 414 passing yards and four touchdowns and 99 rushing yards. New starter Garrett Nussmeier hopes to replicate some of the 2024 No. 2 overall pick’s success this season.

The Rebels will be no easy task as they bounced back from their 20-17 loss to Kentucky with a dominant 27-3 win over South Carolina in Week 6 with 425 total yards.

LSU has won six of the last nine matchups dating back to 2015.
