Deion Sanders appears on “College GameDay” before the match against K-State

Before his Buffaloes’ night game against Kansas State, Colorado football head coach Deion Sanders appeared on ESPN’s “College GameDay” Saturday morning.

Coach Prime discussed his team’s recent resurgence, what he expects from Colorado in Week 7, his relationship with cornerback/wide receiver Travis Hunter and more while answering questions from the team.

ESPN analyst Kirk Herbstreit asked Sanders how Colorado will be tasked with keeping up with Kansas State’s physicality:

“The physicality in this game is going to be phenomenal,” Sanders said. “You have two teams, it’s kind of a match. I like to think we have some great playmakers, but this team (K-State) is well-coached, they don’t make a lot of mistakes, they don’t get punished. “There’s no way we’re going to have to beat them.

Later in the show, “College GameDay” analysts Desmond Howard, Nick Saban, Pat McAfee, Herbstreit and guest player Kaitlin Olson picked Colorado to beat Kansas State.

Kickoff between the Buffs and Wildcats at Folsom Field is scheduled for 8:15 p.m. MT on ESPN.
