    The Mega Millions jackpot continues to grow, reaching an estimated $150 million in Friday’s drawing after no one won the top prize on Tuesday.

    The winning numbers will be drawn shortly after 11 p.m. on Friday and we will publish them below.

    In March, a lucky Mega Millions player from New Jersey won a whopping $1.1 billion. Although this prize has not yet been claimed, the lottery says it is not the first time a jackpot has gone unclaimed.

    According to the lottery, if someone wins the $150 million jackpot on Friday night, they can take home an estimated lump sum payout of $71.0 million.

    The winning numbers for Friday October 11th were .3, 10, 29, 52 and 57 with a Mega Ball of 20. The Mega Plier was 3X.

    How to play Mega Millions

    To purchase a ticket, you’ll need to visit your local supermarket, gas station, or convenience store – and in a few states you can purchase tickets online.

    To play you must select six numbers. Five numbers are white balls ranging from 1 to 70. The gold mega ball is a number between 1 and 25.

    If you think the odds are stacked against you, ask for a “Quick Pick” or an “Easy Pick.” The computer then randomly generates the numbers for you.

    Players can add the “Megaplier” for $1, which can increase non-top prize winnings by two, three, four or five times. The Megaplier is drawn on Tuesday and Friday before the Mega Millions numbers.

    There are 15 Megapiler balls in total:

    • 5Xa ball

    Tickets can be purchased in person at gas stations, convenience stores and grocery stores. Some airport terminals may also sell lottery tickets.
