    What you should know to take part in Big Blue Madness – UK Athletics

    UK Athletics has moved fully to mobile ticketing at all venues. You can avoid queues and waiting for tickets to arrive in the mail, enjoy fast, contactless access to venues, and easily access tickets from your mobile device and forward them to friends or family.

    Season ticket holders and individual buyers use the UK Athletics app to access and manage tickets. Season ticket holders can also manage their tickets via visit UKathletics.com/MyUKAccount via the web browser of a mobile device.

    As a best practice, all fans should ensure their app is updated. Fans can check the App Store or Google Play Store for updates. When using the app for the first time, fans may be asked to set up an “app profile.” The app profile is optional and separate from a fan’s ticket account.

    To avoid problems on match day, UK Athletics encourages all fans to do so View tickets and parking permits and save them in your smartphone’s digital wallet (Apple Wallet or Google Pay) before you arrive at the Rupp Arena.

    Parking permits will be scanned upon entry to the parking lot, which fans should do Have the mobile permit ready before you leave the house.
