She’ll be fine.

Jennifer Lopez said she tries to ignore the hate she’s received on social media during her divorce from Ben Affleck — but sometimes it gets the best of her.

“I learned that a long time ago,” she continued.

Lopez, 55, pointed out that platforms like Instagram and X didn’t exist until she was already famous, which is why she doesn’t give too much weight to what online trolls say.

“Social media is not as serious to me as everyone else because it only came about after I had been in the public eye for a while,” she said.

The “I’m Real” singer explained that she’s able to tune out the noise because she knows herself better than the public.

“I know that I am a good person. I know that I am a good mother. I know who my friends are. I know my friends know who I am, my mom, my dad and all that stuff,” she said. “If you hope to have a long career, you have to learn how to handle this part of the business.”

Lopez shrugged off her critics and called it part of show business.

“Some people will love you and some people won’t understand you, and some people just want to hate you for the sake of hating you, and none of that really matters,” she said. “What matters to me as an artist is the work that inspires me and that I enjoy doing, whether it’s a huge commercial success or something that just touches one person that no one ever sees. It doesn’t matter.”

The “Wedding Planner” star explained that she lives her “passion of life” by singing, dancing, acting, entertaining and creating for a living.

However, she admitted that her thick skin can’t protect her from certain bad news every now and then.

“Please don’t get me wrong, if I see something that’s hurtful, I’m not Teflon,” she said.

Lopez has been heavily criticized on social media and in the press for her relationship problems with Affleck, whom she first dated in the early 2000s.

The now-estranged couple reconciled their romance in early 2021 and tied the knot in July 2022, but the Monster in Law star filed for divorce in August.

Lopez, who has been married four times, talked about being single again in her interview with Glaser, telling the stand-up comedian that she was “excited” to be alone.

“Everything I’ve done for the last 25, 30 years, in these different challenging situations, what the fuck can I do if I’m just flying alone… what if I’m just free?” she asked.

The “Let’s Get Loud” singer revealed that being in a relationship “doesn’t define” her.

“I can’t seek my happiness from other people. I have to be happy within myself,” she said.

Lopez reassured herself that heartbreak isn’t the be-all and end-all and that she will get through the tough times.

“When you sit in those feelings and think, ‘These things aren’t going to kill me,’ it’s like, ‘Actually, I’m capable of joy and happiness all by myself,'” she said.
