Which stores will be closing in the Jacksonville area? When?

As Hurricane Milton approaches Florida, some Publix, Walmart, Winn-Dixie and other stores across the state have closed or implemented modified hours, according to their websites.

So far, only Winn-Dixie, Aldi and Freshfield Farms have closed stores in the Jacksonville area.

Winn-Dixie’s stores in Crescent City in Putnam County and Aldi stores in St. Augustine and St. Johns will be closed Wednesday. The Freshfield Farms store in Jacksonville is closed Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Additionally, Target will close its St. Augustine Beach store early Wednesday at 5 p.m. and its Jacksonville Beach store at 7 p.m
