Coldest air of the season next week?

Next week in Minnesota, prepare for the coldest temperatures of the fall season so far.

Our extended summer will continue for most of this week, but a strong cold front will bring the coldest air mass of the season so far to Minnesota early next week.

The pattern change will bring widespread frost and freezing temperatures to locations across southern Minnesota that have not yet experienced a frost.
