Bill Belichick‘s relationship with Jordan Hudson has caught everyone’s attention due to his 48-year age difference.

The couple sparked romance rumors in 2023 when they were spotted making several public appearances. Several NFL players subsequently made fun of his love life.

“Belichick is a smooth operator” Travis Kelce said in an episode of him and from June 2024 Jason Kelce’s New Heights podcast. “His girlfriend… He’s awesome.”

Jason interrupted the Kansas City Chiefs player and said, “Please don’t let us go there.” Jesus Christ.”

Hudson confirmed their relationship a year later when she shared photos of her and Belichick and wrote “Summation of Summer” via Instagram.

Before Belichick dated Hudson, he was married to him Debby Clarke. The exes married in 1977 and welcomed three children three times before splitting in 2006. Belichick kept going Linda Hollidaythe executive director of the Bill Belichick Foundation. After more than a decade together, they called it quits in 2023.

2021

TMZ reported that the couple met on a flight when Hudson was a student. They were sitting next to each other when Hudson reportedly asked Belichick to sign one of her textbooks.

“Thanks for giving me a logic course!” he wrote, according to a photo obtained by the outlet.

2023

Belichick and Hudson were spotted together several times in 2023, and fans shared photos of them on social media. In January of this year, the duo was spotted strolling through the French Quarter in New Orleans. Later that year they returned to town and appeared to be enjoying dinner.

May 2024

The age difference between Belichick and Hudson has been brought up numerous times The Greatest Roast of All Time: Tom Brady.

“Coach, you always talked about Foxborough High School when we sucked,” former Patriot Rob Gronkowski quipped. “But now I know why you were so obsessed with Foxborough High School: you were looking for your new girlfriend!”

Brady joined in the fun by referencing leaked security footage that showed Belichick sneaking out of Hudson’s home.

“Whenever someone asked me which ring was my favorite, I always said, ‘Next one,'” Brady joked. “Now that I’m retired, my favorite camera is the Ring camera that caught Coach Belichick sneaking out of the poor girl’s house at 6 a.m. a few months ago.”

June 2024

Multiple media outlets confirmed that Belichick and Hudson had been dating for over a year. A month later, the two were photographed riding bikes together in Nantucket, Massachusetts.

September 2024

Hudson praised her boyfriend as he joined Instagram. “This is my formal petition to @BillBelichick to change his username to @BillyGoat!! 🐐 Welcome to the “Gram, Billy!!!!” she wrote at the time.

That same evening, Nikki Glaser appeared on Prime Video’s postgame show “Thursday Night Football” and joked about Belichick.

“I haven’t seen a group of patriots take an L this badly since January 6th,” she quipped. “I mean, thank God Belichick wasn’t there to see that. He was too busy watching Blippi with his girlfriend.” (Blippi is a popular YouTube channel aimed at young children.)

October 2024

Hudson made her romance with the former New England Patriots Instagram official by sharing glimpses of their summer adventures. In one photo, Belichick was rocking Taylor Swift Merch after attending her Eras Tour.
