What channel is Monday Night Football on tonight? Here’s how to watch

At the end of the fifth week of the NFL season, the Kansas City Chiefs host the New Orleans Saints on Monday evening.

The two-time defending Super Bowl champions the Chiefs are undefeated, but all four of their wins have been close as quarterback Patrick Mahomes has found ways to win. The Saints are on a two-game losing streak that dropped them to 2-2, but when they were good, they were outstanding.

The Chiefs are comfortable 5 1/2-point favorites, more than home field is worth, so they are expected to win.

Chiefs vs. Saints injury report

New Orleans Saints

The Saints will be without Taysom Hill for the second straight season, but dealing with his loss isn’t as difficult as the offense. Center Erik McCoy is on IR with a groin injury and the man filling in for him, Shane Lemieux, is out again with an ankle injury.

New Orleans also has problems with the line’s interior design. Right defenseman Cesar Ruiz (knee) will be out for the second week in a row, and there’s a good chance left defenseman Lucas Patrick (ankle) could also sit. That leaves the Saints with rookie tackles Taliese Fuaga and Trevor Penning as their only Week 1 starters on offense heading into today’s game. Fuaga is dealing with knee and back injuries but should play.

Kansas City Chiefs

Marquise Brown has yet to play after suffering an injury in the preseason. Clyde Edwards-Helaire started the season on the PUP list. Isiah Pacheco has been sidelined since suffering a fibula injury in Week 2. Rashee Rice is out with a knee injury and it’s still not clear how much time he will miss.

Chiefs vs Saints predictions

Bookies.com: Bet on the Saints to score against the Chiefs

Bill Speros writes: “The Saints march into Arrowhead Stadium to face the Kansas City Chiefs, Patrick Mahomes, a few billion Swifties and the full might of the NFL headquarters at 345 Park Avenue. The Chiefs tend to avoid big coverages at home. Namely,” because Mahomes constantly has to find new targets every week. Andy Reid is always happy to take the “W” and move on to the next week.
