How to get tickets to the Bank of America Stadium show

Country stars Luke Combs and Eric Church and music legend James Taylor are among the headliners of a concert to benefit victims of Hurricane Helene in North Carolina.

“I told y’all I have something big planned for Carolina,” he wrote. “One way we are helping is with a benefit concert at Bank of America Stadium on October 26th! This concert required so much planning, work and coordination from so many people. I’m so grateful to everyone who helped with this.” Such a short-term opportunity. More than 200 people died from the destruction caused by Hurricane Helene in the Southeast, and more than half of the deaths occurred in North Carolina. Floods caused devastating damage in many mountain towns across the state.

Combs and Church are the latest country music stars to get involved: Jason Aldean has pledged $500,000 to a relief effort for former President Donald Trump.

Here’s what you should know about the charity show.

Who will play at the “Concert for Carolina”?

Church, Combs and Taylor, all from North Carolina, headline the show along with bluegrass star Billy Strings.

The concert will be hosted by Marty Smith of ESPN and Caleb Pressley of Barstool Sports and will feature additional artists to be announced, according to a news release from the Panthers.

How will the concert benefit hurricane victims?

All proceeds from the show, including any sponsorships, will be split 50% between Combs and the church’s Chief Cares fund for distribution to organizations of their choice, according to the Panthers.

Combs has selected Samaritan’s Purse, Manna Food Bank and Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest NC, as well as one additional organization to be announced, as recipients of his portion of the proceeds.

Combs, 34, grew up in Asheville, North Carolina, which was particularly devastated by the storm.

Tickets go on sale October 10 at 10 a.m. ET and can be purchased at Concertforcarolina.com.

How can you still help if you can’t attend the concert?

The press release for the event noted that donations can be made to the North Carolina Community Foundation Disaster Relief Fund or to various organizations listed at www.concertforcarolina.com.
